My own journey includes years of therapy and coaching, where I overcame anxiety, fear of rejection, and the impact of being raised by a narcissistic parent. I learned to set boundaries, identify my values, and reframe self-limiting beliefs so I could finally live as the adult version of myself, not the child seeking approval.

At 20, I left France and built a life abroad. That decision sparked a lifelong curiosity about people, made me more empathetic, and gave me a global perspective that now informs my coaching.
