BtchyFrench Instagram Giveaway Terms and Conditions

 

1. Giveaway Overview:

•  Grand Prize:  

  • 3 winners will receive a 1-year free subscription to BtchyFrench’s Instagram content.

  • 5 winners will receive a 3-month free subscription to BtchyFrench’s Instagram content.

 

2. Eligibility:

• Participants must be following @BtchyFrench on Instagram.

• Participants must be 18 years or older.

• Participants must be residents of a country where Instagram giveaways are legally permitted.

• This giveaway is void where prohibited by law.

 

3. How to Enter:

•  Step 1: Follow @BtchyFrench on Instagram.

•  Step 2: Like the giveaway announcement post.

•  Step 3: Comment on the giveaway post by tagging at least 3 friends who might enjoy BtchyFrench content. Each comment counts as one entry.

• Step 4 (Optional): Share the giveaway post to your Instagram Stories for an additional entry. Be sure to tag @BtchyFrench so we can track your entry.

 

4. Giveaway Duration:

• Start Date: Monday, August 26, 2024, at 9:00 AM EST.

• End Date: Sunday, September 1, 2024, at 11:59 PM EST.

 

5. Winner Selection:

• Winners will be selected randomly using a random comment picker tool.

• The winners will be selected and notified within 48 hours after the giveaway ends.

• BtchyFrench will verify that winners have followed all entry rules before announcing them.

6. Winner Announcement and Prize Claim:

• Winners will be announced publicly via an Instagram Story and a follow-up post on @BtchyFrench’s Instagram account.

• Winners will also be notified via direct message on Instagram.

• Winners must respond within 7 days of being notified to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond within 7 days, an alternate winner may be selected.

 

7. Prize Details:

• The Grand Prize includes a 1-year free subscription to BtchyFrench’s Instagram content for 3 winners.

• Additional prizes include a 3-month free subscription to BtchyFrench’s Instagram content for 5 winners.Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.

 

8. General Conditions:

• BtchyFrench reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if any fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond BtchyFrench’s reasonable control impair the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway, as determined by BtchyFrench in its sole discretion.

• BtchyFrench reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the giveaway or to be acting in violation of these Terms and Conditions.

 

9. Compliance with Instagram Guidelines:

•  This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram. By participating, you agree to a complete release of Instagram from any claims.

 

10. Privacy:

• Any personal information collected as part of the giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway and delivering prizes to the winners. BtchyFrench will not share, sell, or use personal information for any other purposes without consent.

By entering this giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and by the decisions of BtchyFrench, which are final and binding in all respects. Failure to comply with these terms may result in disqualification from the giveaway.
